Welcome! My name is Dr. Sonia Kennedy and I am a Therapist & Emotional Intelligence Coach. I work with clients to transform and ignite their mindsets, unleash their supernatural powers, show up fabulously, and get healthy, all while creating a life worth celebrating!
I believe in the power of a person’s journey and the transformational story that unfolds. My goal is to use those stories to empower my clients to unlock their mental blocks and help align their vision with their lifestyle goals. Part of my job as a Therapist & Coach is to help clients reduce problems (both emotional & physical) to its simplest form. Think of me as your personal Emotional Translator!
As a result of working with me, my clients are able to set goals, gain clarity, & develop self-awareness. My clients have been able to manage their anxiety, develop coping skills to assist with depression, communicate effectively, lose weight, and re-align their businesses and careers. Some of my clients have went on to establish businesses, publish books, and even start their own coaching practices!

We work together to tap into your feelings, body sensations, your thoughts, and your desires. Then we take action! You get a chance to become emotionally attuned & become a great emotional communicator with yourself as well as with others! You can say goodbye to limiting beliefs and self imposed conditioning! I also offer nutritional coaching & therapy services (CBD, Medical Marijuana Assistance) as a Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider and I am a Dispensary Agent in the State of Illinois.
